Carolyn Pajama Pattern
Designed for chic lounging, the Carolyn Pajamas are thoughtfully tailored and supremely comfortable.
The Carolyn top features a classic notched collar, curved hem and breast pocket with three sleeve options. For a matching pajama set, choose between a straight-legged pant (with or without cuff) or a cuffed short. Both pants and shorts feature an elasticized waist, pockets and a faux fly. Personalize Carolyn by adding contrasting piping details for an elegant finish.

I only made the top, but made it twice already! I wear both versions as shirts, not really as a PJ, and I love the fit and cut. For both versions I left the body unchanged, while I modified the sleeves to achieve a classic shirt look. I highly recommend the pattern.
I've made several pairs of these PJs, but only the top, because my daughters love full-rise roomy bottoms. It's the first pattern I've ever made where I like the fit! The instructions are well done and easy to understand. Here are different fabrics I've made them in. My 87-year-old Mom requested the leopard print. :-)
I've made this twice as a gift for family members that live far away (no ability to make a test version) they both love these!! They are true to size. I am a pretty moderately skilled sewer but I had never done piping before. That was a really fun challenge and it turned out quite nice. My Nana only wears nightgowns so I did modify the top into a full dress.
Great sew! Loved every minute of sewing these.
Love the Carolyn pyjama! I’ve made it so many times for my daughters and myself, the pant is great, long or short!
I made these for my mum for Xmas. She LOVES them. Says she puts them on about 4pm because they are so comfy. Pattern was easy to follow and quick to come together. Highly recommend.
